For the second year in a row, we’re loaded up and heading to The Forecastle music festival in Louisville. Last year was amazing and I’m hopeful this year is the same…but I’ll admit, my heart isn’t in it.
Last year, the festival was a way for me to escape from my life for three days of fun, sun, music, and friends. While this year is the same, I don’t need to escape anything to enjoy the sun…music…friends…to have fun. I’m doing it everyday from the comforts of my own home. Something I couldn’t have imagined last year.
On top of not needing to escape, I don’t want to. I have a new boyfriend…a new puppy…and as of this week, am focused on starting a new business with Princess Grace. Things are evolving…changing…expanding…in a great many ways.
I’m sure the weekend will be fantastic. Afterall, life in general is pretty freaking fantastic these days.
